This charming chalet brings you to the crossroads of the Jura (25 min. from Dole), the Côte-d'Or (less than 1 hour from Dijon and Beaune), the Doubs (50 min. from Besançon) and the Haute-Saône. Shops, restaurants and tennis court available in Pesmes.

Situated in the same grounds as the owners' house, you have your own private green space and independent, gated access by car. The vegetation and the privacy screen ensure your stay is as private as possible.

The 42m² chalet comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a table/bar or coffee table that can be raised for meals. Television in the living room. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) and second television. The chalet can be air-conditioned, although it is naturally well insulated. Private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. A cot and high chair are available on request. A barbecue is available. Ideal for many walks. Enclosed private car park.

The bicycle route passes in front of the gite. You can enjoy the banks of the Saône for a relaxing stay with the possibility of walking and cycling, fishing, etc. Swimming is not allowed in front of the gite, but the beach is set up in Autet in summer. All shops, museum and outdoor swimming pool with slide open in season in Gray 4 km away.

On the site of the Saint-Loup-Nantouard castle, in the middle of a 60-hectare park, the forest house is a former independent hunting lodge, in the middle of nature, quiet, and without vis-à-vis, with a private outdoor pool.
